Level Threads is a not for profit company run by volunteers who are all Freemasons, it supports the Masonic Charitable Foundation by donating all its profits to support the work of the MCF, which in turn helps fund good causes throughout the country.

Level Threads is run by a team of 9 pro-bono directors, all of whom are Freemasons and proud to let society know we are and the good we do through our charitable works. The company is owned by Yorkshire West Riding Masonic Activities Limited, which is the not for profit business division of the Freemasons of Yorkshire West Riding. Tim Brooksbank
Chairman
Tim Brooksbank oversees the business activities of Level Threads on a pro-bono basis. He brings nearly 40 years of business experience, having previously run multinational electronics manufacturing companies and more recently as one of three senior board members of an industrial group running foundries, precision engineering facilities and fastener manufacturers.
Simon Gray
Finance Director
Simon Gray is a Chartered Accountant, Chartered Tax Adviser and Business Consultant with over 25 years of advising clients on a whole range of financial matters. He is responsible for accounting and finance at Level Threads.
Manny Singh
Marketing Director
Manpreet Singh oversees all Marketing activities of Level Threads on a pro-bono basis. He brings over 15 years of business experience running his own global marketing agency, having previously worked with International and National Retail brands.
James Towler
Legal Director/CoSec
James Towler is legal director of Level Threads and provides his services on a pro bono basis. He is a partner and head of company, commercial and sports law at a well-known Yorkshire law firm.
Josh Mitchell
IT Director
Josh Mitchell serves as the IT Director for Level Threads, bringing his expertise as a Principal Platform Engineer with over 15 years career experience. As a seasoned technical leader, he ensures oversees our technical infrastructure on a pro bono basis.
